Shipping Policy

1.  Free Shipping (South Africa)

Customers who purchase the total amount more than R5000.

Except wall switches & wall sockets & steel enclosure, those three items need pay R50 extra for each full box.

2. Shipping Cost for order less than R5000

Local Courier Service: Local Overnight Parcel (LOX)

Area: Joburg & Pretoria, Vaal, Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, Westonaria, Brits

Rate:R135 per order, 30kg maximum, R4 per kg thereafter.

Delivery Times: The Courier company's collection must be booked by 14:00 and ready by 14:30 to be delivered during the next business.

Economy Road: the Domestic Road freight (ECO)

1)  0 to 5Kg (ECO): Minimum Charge R106, 2-3days.

2)  6 to 10Kg (ECO): Minimum Charge R166, 2-3days.

3)  11 to 25Kg (ECO): Minimum Charge R172, R7 (per kg) thereafter, 2-3days

PLEASE NOTE: 1-2 working days to be added on to transit times for Regional areas..

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund policy

Returns,Refunds & Exchange Policy

Retail 

  • The original invoice or slip is required.

  • In the case no proof is available only an exchange or store credit will be provided the lowest marked price in 90 Days will used .

  • Returned products must be in the original condition and in undamaged packaging.

Card Purchases

  • Card purchases will incur 5% Handling Fee if a cash refund is requested.

No Returns, Refunds or Exchange on:

  • Cut to Measure Items.

  • Special order items.

  • Damaged by Lightning.

  • Misused or purposely damaged.

  • Not used as described in the manual supplied with the product.

Online Purchases

  • All of the above conditions apply to purchases made online.

  • Regrettably shipping is non-refundable. 

  • Should an item be damages during transit please take pictures and email us.

 

Cancelled Orders

  • Cancelling an order for any reason will incur a 2% Refund fee.

  • Canceling an order if we out on stock even though the website states "In Stock" will no Refund fee.

  • Order can only be cancelled after 14 working days in case of a late delivery.

  • Should you wish to return or exchange for any other reason the (customer) will either arrange for his/her own courier or we will arrange collection and the (customer will be liable for the courier costs, return courier costs are 20% higher than normal order courier fee).  Once the product reaches our store we will then inspect the product and then proceed with the refund process.

  • All goods returned are subject to a 15% handling fee.

  • Payments made via EFT will be refunded by EFT.

  • Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card.
